Scott Paszkiewicz Executive Director/Senior Planner, Sahtu Land Use Planning Board

Scott Paszkiewicz has been the Executive Director/Senior Planner for the Sahtu Land Use Planning Board since June 2012. Previously he worked on regional watershed planning initiatives as an environmental planner in the Midwestern United States. He studied ecology at the University of Illinois and rural and regional planning at Western Illinois University.

Norma Kassi Director of Indigenous Collaboration, Arctic Institute of Community-Based Research

Co-founder of Arctic Institute of Community-Based Research, Norma has been working on issues related to contaminants, food security, climate change, wildlife protection, youth engagement and building community capacity for over 30 years. Norma is a Vuntut Gwitchin citizen of Old Crow, Yukon and carries vast experiences and Indigenous Knowledge that is reflected in her work with Arctic Institute of Community-Based Research.
